argentine born rafael calvo, owner of calvo design found his passion for design
in his childhood buenos aires while spending hours looking at his father’s drawings and boat models.

years later he designed his first creation, a collection of wooden toys.

now, he custom designs for private clients, architects and developers in new york, miami, buenos aires and punta del este.

using recycled materials, non-toxic adhesives and non-voc finishes he supports a healthy environment when he designs his own furniture pieces.
